My favourite NPC Argonian and Khajiit - Hul and Sugar-Lips Habasi. 
Yes yes yes I know that they aren't associated with Twin Lamps in anyway other than being
an Argonian and a Khajiit, but I'd like to think that in their spare time between thieving and
stalking people at the Silt Strider that they do battle against the slave traders together!
